The Story Behind Elevate 360

I have spent my career working at the intersection of leadership, commercial performance and organisational development. I have worked across multiple sectors with businesses at very different stages. Start-ups finding their feet. Growing SMEs trying to hold the culture together while scaling fast. Established businesses dealing with the slow creep of disengagement that nobody wants to name out loud.

What I found, consistently, was that the quality of leadership was the single biggest determinant of everything else. Not the market. Not the product. Not the funding. The people at the top and how well they had been developed for the role.

I have seen what happens when that development is missing. Teams that never quite deliver on their potential. Leaders who are grinding, burning through goodwill and running out of road. Culture that looked fine until one conversation pulled on a thread and the whole thing came apart. I have also seen what happens when it is done right. The difference is stark.

Elevate 360 exists because I wanted to close that gap in a way that was direct, practical and honest about what it takes. Everything we do here is built from what I have seen work in real businesses, with real pressure and real people.

Elevate 360 is practitioner-led. That means every client relationship starts and stays with me. I am the person who understands your business, runs the diagnostic, has the conversation and does the work. That does not change.

What does change, depending on what a client needs, is the depth of resource behind that work.

Over the course of my career I have built relationships with a carefully selected group of practitioners across leadership development, organisational design, commercial strategy, sales capability, financial leadership and culture change. These are not people I found on a directory. They are people I have worked alongside, referred work to and trusted with real situations in real businesses. Every one of them has been chosen on one basis only. What they have actually done, not what they can present.

When the scope of a client engagement calls for more than one practitioner working alone, I draw on that network deliberately and selectively. The right person for the specific challenge, not the nearest available body.

This means that whatever the size of the business or the complexity of the leadership challenge, Elevate360-Group can build the right team around it.
