Our approach starts with the diagnostic. A real read on three dimensions: leadership behaviour, team performance and culture and scalability. That gives us a clear picture of where the gaps are before we recommend anything.
From there the work is specific to what we find. It might be one-to-one coaching. It might be a focused programme for a leadership team. It might be a conversation that unlocks something the leader already knew but had not articulated yet. The format follows the problem, not the other way around.
The Full 360 Leadership Diagnostic is 21 questions across all three dimensions. You get a detailed band report, a breakdown of patterns in your leadership, a priority focus area and three to four specific actions per dimension. It costs £17. Most leaders tell us it is the most useful thing they have done in years.
